We have been helping the dairy industry to process any by-products from cheese, quark and other dairy productions in order to achieve a highly valuable product for more than eleven years. So we know how to process all types of whey, UF permeates, mother liquor, lactulose syrup, skimmed milk, etc. Our portfolio of ED units is wide and tailored to the customer so that we can satisfy all demanding clients. Processing new by-products we are not familiar with is a challenge we are pleased to face through pilot trials so we can provide the customer with the best solution.

MEGA electrodialysis is one of the most efficient technologies for demineralization of molasses, syrups, and sugar juices. Brings excellent recovery all the valuable components present in the solution with high purity while minimizing the consumption of water and energy.

The main application of our technology is in the treatment of food liquids like organic acids from fermentation broths, xylose purification or removal of acids and salts from fruit juices solutions of monosaccharides, disaccharides, and oligosaccharides.

Produce acids and bases using bipolar membranes for your own needs or for sale. We have also developed a ZLD solution for recovery of valuable ingredients from production wastewaters. This allows you to reuse ingredients and continuously use the same water again and again in the production.
