PPG is a world’s leader in electrocoating materials. PPG is setting trends in cataphoresis materials. Cataphoresis materials by PPG contain little organic solvents (up to 2 %) and there is a surge in demand for those giving better edge coverage.
We are distributing primers and top coats by PPG as well. Primers are available both solvent-based and water-soluble, based on epoxy, polyurethane and other resins. Offered as one- or two-component paint.

Thanks to state-of-the-art equipment of our Membrane Innovation Centre, which is also a part of the MEGA group, we provide our customers with standard and specialized analysis of cataphoretic baths, supplemental baths like ultrafiltrate, anolyte and pre-treatment baths. Specials analysis consist of qualitative tests of individual layers of the coating - gloss, thickness, cross-cut test, corrosion tests standard on in cycles using the Leibisch test chambers. We are also using SEM imaging to evaluate the structure of phosphate coating and a the cut of coated product.
The electrocoating laboratory can carry laboratory and semi-production tests of pre-treatment and electrocoating deposition.
We are delivering the coating materials from three warehouses to cover deliveries in Czechia and Slovakia as requested by the customers. There is a standard and also emergency stock for for our customers. Consignation at the coating facility is also an option.
Initial and regular training assure trouble-free operation. The extent of the training is as required by the customer.
Our long-term experience with in-site service is appreciated by all customers. We can arrange orders and logistics of surface treatment materials, inter-operation and final quality tests. We also cover the complementary technologies like neutralization, demi water preparation or waste management.
Environmental services are part of the complete care. We help our customers with getting IPPC licences and EIA studies.
