Information within the meaning of Act No. 171/2023 Coll., on whistleblower protection - whistleblowing
MEGA a.s. ("MEGA"), as an obliged entity under Act No. 171/2023 Coll., on the protection of whistleblowers, has established an internal whistleblowing system to protect whistleblowers under this Act.
How can the infringement be reported?
Notification within the meaning of Act No. 171/2023 Coll., on the protection of whistleblowers (hereinafter referred to as "the Act") may be made in any of the following ways:
- by calling the Competent Person (see below),
- in writing to MEGA a.s., Pod Vinicí 87, 47127 Stráž pod Ralskem,
- by email to PTPP@mega.cz or directly to the email address of the Competent Person (see below),
- via the electronic trust box - link located in MS TEAMS- HR - Code of Conduct,
- via a mailbox located on the fence at the exit of the company parking lot in Stráž pod Ralskem; the mailbox is located out of the reach of the camera system,
- in person at the request of the notifier within a reasonable period of time, not later than 14 days from the request of the notifier,
- to the Department of Justice.

Who can't file a report?
MEGA excludes the receipt of a notification from a person who does not perform work or other similar activity for the obligated entity as defined in Section 2(3)(a), (b), (h) or (i) of the Act.
